INGREDIENTS

  • 3 lbs ground beef (80% lean)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

DIRECTIONS


  1. Preheat roster to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until well-combined.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture to a 9x5 inch loaf pan and press it down evenly.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar.
  5. Spread the ketchup mixture on top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake the meatloaf for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until it is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
