INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs Chicken drumsticks
  • 2 oz. butter
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Salt & Paper
  • 7 garlic cloves sliced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped





DIRECTION


  1. Set the oven's temperature to 450°F (225°C).
  2. Place the chicken drumsticks in the baking pan and liberally butter the pan. To taste, add salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the chicken pieces with the lemon juice and olive oil. Garlic and parsley should be added on top.
  4. Bake the chicken for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C), or until it is golden brown and the garlic slices are browned. If your drumsticks are larger than average in size, the baking time may be longer. If your drumsticks are turning too dark toward the end of baking, you can lower the temperature a little.
