INGREDIENTS


  • 14 oz. of plain milk (unsweetened)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 oz. of sugar-free dark chocolate or chocolate with at least 80% cocoa solids
  • 1tbs vanilla extract






DIRECTIONS


  1. Stir together coconut milk and egg yolks in a sauce pan. 
  2. Place in a medium-low heat source and simmer for 10 minutes while stirring.
  3. Add the chocolate to the bowl after breaking it up into small pieces.
  4. Pour the coconut milk on top after adding the vanilla. Pour into glasses after letting stand for a while.
  5. Before serving, place in the fridge for at least two hours.
