| Classic Deviled Eggs Recipe |
INGREDIENTS
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Paprika, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in halfwise and remove the yolks to a separate bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork until they are crumbly.
- Add the mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
