  • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 10 cups water
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, place the chicken, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, bay leaf, thyme, and water.
