DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Moong dal should be thoroughly washed before soaking for 10 to 12 hours. At this point, remove all of the water and place the dal in a colander. Put a damp cloth over the colander and place it on a bowl. Give it a day to sit like this.

Step 2

After 24 hours, thoroughly moisten the cloth and re-cover the sprouts with it. Wait another 24 hours, then announce that your sprouts are ready.

Step 3

Chop the onion, tomato, pepper, and coriander leaves into fine pieces.

Step 4

Combine the sprouted moong dal with the onion, tomato, pepper, and coriander leaves in a bowl. Add salt, roasted cumin powder, and black paper powder.

Step 5

Lemon juice should be squeezed directly into the salad bowl.
